Our process begins with an Initial Loan Approval for the Client, the Builder and the Project.
Phase 1: Client Approval
Completed loan application, credit, income, and asset review.
Phase 2: Builder Approval Services:
Completed Builder Application, Credit Package, Track Record
Phase 3: House Plans: A review of plans and specifications, budget and market analysis for the project.
Upon completion of the project we will assist with refinancing the project if you are building to keep.
